Reiki-Sante (english)

Initiation enables a person to receive and use reiki energy to help others or himself/herself.
The initiation opens up an energy canal which goes from the crown of the head down to the heart. From there, energy flows into the chest.

The initiation is carried out by a reiki master teacher. He/She places his/her hands in certain positions on or over the person’s body, tracing and visualising symbols and silently pronouncing their names. The person being initiated remains seated, eyes closed. The ritual takes about a quarter of an hour and is repeated several times. Individual and group initiations are possible.
The initiation enables the person’s energy to become attuned  to reiki energy.

The reiki initiation must be proceded and followed by training which will enable the newly initiated person to gain a good command of the techniques used.

Some reiki master teachers offer initiations at a distance. In principle, this is not impossible but the human touch is lost, and there is no follow-up help with training and this is a real pity.
